EOC/Head Start held its annual Community Read from October 21- November 1, 2019. Volunteers came out in numbers76 volunteer readers read to children in our 20 Head Start classrooms for a total of 49.75 hours. Not only do our children love to have guest readers in the classroom, but we are able to count this valuable volunteer time toward our Head Start local match of over $700,000 per year!
