Thank You, Mrs. Gibbons

We would like to thank Mrs. Patricia Gibbons, who recently made a donation to us in memory of her daughter Emily, who was one of our Head Start teachers for 9 years.  Here is some of what Mrs. Gibbons said in her letter:  “My daughter, Emily Gibbons, worked for your Head Start Program for 9 years—teaching at Douglas, Highlands, and St. Helens.  She especially loved teaching the children; they brought her joy and gratitude.  Emily died in 2016 of an aortic rupture.  On behalf of my daughter, I would like to thank you and the Head Start teachers and employees for giving Emily a “Head Start” in her teaching career.  I am a true believer in Head Start!”
