NEW HEAD START DIRECTOR ANNOUNCED: EOC/Head Start is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Franklin Johnson as EOC’s new Head Start Director, effective October 1st. Frank will succeed Ms. Natalie Sanders, who is moving on to a well-deserved retirement. As the Agency’s Early Childhood Education Specialist for the last five years, Frank has been instrumental in our education program’s growth and success. We are confident that his considerable experience and leadership will continue to serve the Agency well, as he and the management team work to strategically grow and continually improve our educational programs.
